Return & Refund Policy

We build our basketballs to last—but if yours arrives with a tear, leak, or any manufacturing fault, we’ve got your back. Here’s how returns and refunds work:

  1. Eligibility: Defective items only. Report within 7 days of delivery. Keep the ball unused (aside from checking the defect) and in its original packaging.

  2. How to Initiate: Email support@quiethooper.com with your order number, date, clear photos or video of the defect, and whether you’d like a replacement or refund.

  3. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and get back to you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method—allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear.

  4. Exceptions: No refunds for normal wear-and-tear, misuse, or damage incurred after delivery.
